Venetian meets Mediterranean in a Highland Park Estate

Venetian meets Mediterranean in a Highland Park Estate

The Euclid estate, located in one of Highland Park’s most desirable areas, is a 19,000-square-foot showstopper. The expansive property, built on two lots, stands out in the neighborhood with its mix of Venetian architecture and Mediterranean finishes. Carl and his team designed everything in the home to provide this bachelor with an inspired, yet cohesively designed environment to host his family and friends.

Although the home is expansive, rooms were carefully designed to feel warm and cozy with oversized furniture and a layering of materials in neutral colors. Each room has unique lighting, fixtures, and furnishings that lean masculine, yet elegant.

This dramatic foyer is a breathtaking entry to the gentleman’s home. The rich gold/yellow Venetian plaster surrounds guests with color and light, and hints at the elegance to come in the gorgeous and luxurious interior.

The home has eight master bedroom suites each with a large private bathroom. The drapes and fixtures soften and add elegance to the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. This master bathroom was designed to evoke a high-end spa, inviting and luxurious.
